The Idea

You are invited to participate in an exciting business opportunity including the building of an adult web site and the formation of a bold new sex club right here in Sydney - (other cities later).

The Plan

We need to raise $10,000 to get this project started. To achieve that we're going to sell 100 shares costing $100 per share. This means that you can become involved in an exciting project which may bring maximum rewards for very little risk. I deliberately used the word "may" because there are no guarantees in business. But if you believe in the old adage, "Sex Sells", then there is good reason to have confidence in this project.

The key to the idea is the OzTaboo web site. Presently it's earning very little money but that's because it's new and I refuse to fabricate profiles to make it look like we have more members than we do. With money we can employ THE best web site builders to improve the site until it becomes THE best adult web site on the internet.

People think I exaggerate when I say that but ask yourself this: What is the difference between an averagely good web site and a dynamite web site? Imagination, which I have, and MONEY, which at present I don't have.

The Process

As a shareholder in OzTaboo you will have input into the operation of the site. Tell us what you love about some sites and hate about others. For example, I personally hate doing business with liars who con me into believing that everything is free but in order to use the site they demand $30 or more per month. We are not going down that track.

When I say, "we", I'm talking about me, Doug Kelly, and my business partner Lucy Dee who you'll meet soon.

We plan to snatch some business from every adult web site that you're aware of plus some you've never heard of. We may not become number-one in terms of numbers but that's not the plan. The plan is to operate the most visually attractive, easily navigated and most exciting web site on the net. 

And we plan to do it at a sensible, non rip-off price for subscribers.

The Club

To begin with, profits from OzTaboo will be channelled into the opening of our own sex club situated somewhere near Summer Hill. It will be a 24/7 sex club and each shareholder will have his or her own key to the premises.

It will be discreet, safe, and upmarket.

Different nights will be dedicated to different activities, for example, gay/bisexual trannies or swinging couples and so on. Shareholders will be welcome at any time but the emphasis will be different on different nights.

The club may or may not run at a profit but it is essential that it doesn't run at a loss, forever draining money from the web site.

Once everything is up and running, profits from the web site will be divided amongst shareholders in proportion to their shareholding. You may do extremely well out of this or you may not. I can't predict the future. All I can tell you is that successful adult web sites are earning millions of dollars (no exaggeration) each year and there is no reason why we can't be one of them. 

It's time for you to decide whether you'd like to be a part of this idea or whether you'd rather not risk your money because there isn't a 100% guarantee of success. All I'm doing is being honest with you. Personally I would be most surprised if this doesn't succeed. It's got everything going for it.
